Guarantee Policy

We aim to provide a risk-free service to our clients.  For that reason we offer a money-back guarantee period of 30 days after the date of purchase.  It is our hope that this policy helps give you the confidence you need.

Conditions of claiming your money back:

• Let us know within 30 days of purchase why the document you purchased is not to your satisfaction.
• If you have not claimed your money back before, we will refund you within 24h of your claim.
• If you have claimed your money back from us before we may request that you complete and sign a refund form and post it back to us for review.

On the refund form we will require identity confirmation and a signed legal declaration that all copies of our document that were in your possession have been permanently deleted and that you will only use the document in question again if you bought it from us again at a later date.  Once we received this signed form, you will receive your full refund.
